Mission: To reach out to the community and invite all to share in the love of God through worship and active participation at Prince of Peace. To convey warm hospitality to all visitors and emphasize our commitment to "Grow as Christians, Learn to be Disciples, and Do the work of the Lord within our Christian fellowship.

Goals:
(Children/youth)
  1. Provide Bible-based coloring books as gifts to chiildren at the "Visitor Information table".
  2. Encourage children/youth to bring friends to church/VBS.
  3. New brochure to depict strong programs for children and youth
(Education)
  1. Provide free Bibles to visitors at the "Visitor Information" table.
  2. New brochure to emphasize educational programs
(Involvement)
  1. Provide info sheet to visitors (a listing of groups, etc.); visit with newcomers to determine what their interests are; make an attempt to introduce them to members with like interests; encourage visitors to come to mid-week services and fellowship events.
  2. Actively involve youth to help greet people at the Visitor Information table. Display a scrapbook of recent youth activities.
  3. Recruit members who have joined recently to help at the Visitor Info table.
  4. Provide evangelism training for every member of the congregation.
