Prayer Chapel

• Encourage the development of a data base and a systematized 'pass down' log for use by present and future care-giving groups and networks within the church.
• To broaden the use of Care Cards to include recognition of birthdays and anniversaries of congregation members
• To solicit two or more at-large members who can attend committee meetings
• To identify and implement a process for gathering and recording worship attendance sheets which would be used for members who had not participated in "N" weeks (MIA's).
• To identify and implement a process for MIA follow-up
• To encourage new member connection into the community by participating in new member classes
• To encourage new member spiritual connection into the community by linking them with groups. We agree that one way to advance toward our goal is to offer a series of sessions that address spiritual growth. Discussion was held on instituting a bible study, a discipleship program (currently being discussed by Pr. Tom and Pr. Landa) and a course on spiritual gifts (also being discussed by Pr. Tom and Pr. Landa).
• To identify and implement a process which provides casseroles to member families who are in a stress situation, i.e., hospitalization, illness, death, birth, etc.
